We are TECHSTARS SOLUTIONS, LLC (d.b.a Saldo y Más), a company incorporated in the United States of America, under the laws of Delaware, and we have our registered office at 19101 Mystic Pointe Drive, Suite 1706, Aventura, Florida, 33180 (hereinafter referred to as "Saldo y Más", "SYM", "we", "us" or "our").
Saldo y Más operates an application (“SYM App”) that empowers users (“you” or “your”) to purchase various products including mobile credits, mobile bundles and gift cards (“Products”) for personal use and for the benefit of third parties located in various recipient jurisdictions.
These terms apply to your use of the SYM App, the Products and or services offered through it ("Terms”). You are required to read these Terms carefully as your use of the SYM App indicates your acceptance of the Terms, including any policies incorporated into them by reference.
Any transaction we conclude with you will be based on these Terms. Should you be transacting on behalf of any other person/party, you confirm that you have the required and necessary authority to agree to be bound by these Terms and to finalise the transactions relating to the Products and or the services.
In the course of using the SYM App, you will need to register and maintain a user account with us (“User Account”). When you register a User Account with us, you agree to provide and maintain true, current and complete information during registration. When selecting a username, you agree not to select or use as a username the name of another person with the intent to impersonate, or a name or trademark that is subject to the rights of another person or entity other than you without appropriate authorisation.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the information and password associated with your User Account, and for all activities occurring under your User Account including all charges incurred. Saldo y Más shall be entitled to consider any person who gains access to the SYM App and purchase Products using your User Account log-in details as an individual acting upon your authorisation, without any further inquiry or investigation. You must immediately notify us of any unauthorised use of your User Account, password or any other breach of security.
We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with this clause 2. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we may at our sole discretion refuse registration of a User Account or cancel an existing User Account without prior notice or liability.
A selection of the Products that you are able to purchase will be accessible via your User Account.
From time to time, we may amend the Product listed by adding or removing Products and or services from the SYM App. New Products and or services will be clearly communicated to you through your User Account.
The SYM App limits the number and value of Products that can be purchased or received, including over a specific time period (e.g. daily, weekly, monthly). Other limits and exclusions related to the use of the SYM App, and the purchase of Products may be applicable from time to time.
You will be required to complete billing details to complete the registration process. This will include selecting your preferred payment method.
You may purchase Products and or service using PayPal, VISA or Mastercard or any other payment method available on the SYM App. Saldo y Más may appoint a licensed third-party payment processor to process your payment on its behalf.
All payments to be made by you will be processed through the service of an authorised third-party payment gateway provider (“payment gateway provider”) with whom we have an agreement. To make payment, you will be directed to the payment transaction webpage of the payment gateway provider. The payment gateway provider may seek additional information from you to process the payment and may charge you a fee for the transaction. The payment may be made through Visa, Mastercard, credit card or debit card. The payment gateway provider’s terms and conditions (and other policies) will apply concerning all payments made by you as a result of these Terms.
When you transaction on the SYM App, you represent and warrant to Saldo y Más that:
- you are 18 years of age or older (or such other age at which majority is reached in your country or territory) and you have the full legal capacity to make the transaction (or have the authorization to do so from your legal guardian);
- the payment instrument you are using to make the transaction on the SYM App is your own or that you are authorized to complete the transaction with it, and that there are sufficient funds to cover the cost of the transaction;
- if and when applicable, you will satisfy all your obligations, tax, withholding or otherwise, as required by applicable law; and you undertake to provide correct and accurate details in your User Account and acknowledge that Saldo y Más may use these details to contact you regarding your use of the SYM App and or your transactions.

We will not be liable for delays in performing our obligations, or failure to perform any other obligations under these Terms as a result of events outside our control (or outside the control of our third-party partners) (“events”). Any costs and expenses that you may incur relating to any of these events will be for your account and we shall not be required to pay you any refund.
We have the right to cancel these Terms should it become impossible for us to fulfill our obligations to you because of circumstances outside our control such as acts of God, weather, fire, explosions, strikes, pandemics, war, civil commotion, currency devaluations, overbookings, lack of materials, electricity outages, operation of law or any other causes beyond our circumstances.
We will keep your personal information confidential and use it for the purposes of fulfilling our obligations in accordance with these Terms and as directed by applicable law.
We will process your personal information in accordance with our privacy policy which is available on the SYM App.
Unless otherwise stated, all rights in and to the SYM App (including the intellectual property, technology, trademarks, arrangement and compilation of the content and the infrastructure used to provide such content, etc.) are owned by or licensed to Saldo y Más. You will abide by all copyright notices, trademark rules, information, and restrictions contained in any content accessed through the SYM App. You will not acquire any right, title or interest in or to the intellectual property rights except for the limited license to use the SYM App and/or our services granted to you pursuant to these Terms. Nothing in these Terms should be construed as granting, by implication or otherwise, any license or right to use any of Saldo y Más ’s trade or service marks.
Other company, product, and service names and logos used and displayed on the SYM App or Saldo y Más website may be trademarks or service marks of their respective owners who may or may not be endorsed by, or affiliated with, or connected to Saldo y Más .
To the extent permitted by mandatory consumer law we will not be liable for any:
- direct and or indirect loss or damage;
- inaccurate information provided by you in respect of any transaction;
- mistake in an email address, phone number, or payment method;
- force majeure or events beyond our control; or
- if you breach these Terms.
Our relationship with you shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state of Florida, United States of America.
Saldo y Más reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the extent permissible under relevant law to temporarily or permanently modify, suspend, or disable the SYM App and/or any part thereof. If the SYM App is disabled, your confirmed transactions will still be honored by us unless you receive a notification indicating otherwise. You will still be bound by your obligations under these Terms.
These Terms and any other documents expressly referred to in these Terms, as may be amended from time to time, constitute the entire agreement and understanding between Saldo y Más and you in relation to the subject matter of these Terms and supersedes any previous agreement or understanding between Saldo y Más and you in relation to such subject matter.
We may amend these Terms at any time. Such amendments shall be effective once they are posted on the SYM App. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. Your continued use of the SYM App after any such amendments, whether or not reviewed by you, constitute your agreement to be bound by such amendments. Each of your transactions will be governed by the then-current applicable Terms at the time of such transaction.
Where any or part of these Terms is deemed to be invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable, the legality, validity and enforceability of the remaining parts of these Terms shall not be affected or impaired thereby and shall continue in force as if such invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable part of these Terms was severed from these Terms.
Once a mobile recharges and mobile bundle is sent to the Telecom Operator, it can be used immediately and therefore it cannot be refunded or removed. To avoid Products being provided to the wrong phone number, SYM App asks you to confirm, where applicable, that the recipient details you have entered are correct. We will apply automatic refund in case the transaction is not completed. Customers can always request for a refund directly via email ayuda@saldoymas.com or via phone +13057495650 providing the transaction information.
In the case of food baskets the customer can ask for a cancellation of the order before the delivery process is started directly via email ayuda@saldoymas.com or via phone +13057495650 providing the transaction information.
You acknowledge that you will lose the right to cancel the Services once they have been fully performed/completed by SYM. Accordingly, once the Services have been fully performed/completed, you will have no right to request a refund.
